Order Cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Email hello@webmarx.in or call +91 88734 22922 with your order number
- Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled. You may return it as per return rules below
Returns
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- Items that are damaged, defective or wrong item received qualify for return. Share photos or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
- Non-returnable: personalised items, used items, items without original packaging
How to Request Return
Email hello@webmarx.in with order number, reason and photos. We will confirm and arrange pickup or give return address.
Refunds
- Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5-7 working days
- Cancelled orders (before shipping) are refunded within 5-7 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Failed or Double Payments
If money is deducted but order fails, the amount is auto-refunded by the bank or Razorpay within 5-7 working days. Contact us if not received.
